By using skservicepro.com or booking services from SK Service Pro (operated by SK Global), you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide home appliance repair, maintenance and installation services. Service availability, pricing and timelines may vary by location and appliance condition.

Pricing & payments

Diagnosis charges and quoted repair prices are shared upfront. Payments are due on completion via accepted methods. Any additional work requires prior approval.

Service warranty

Repairs include a 30-day service warranty covering the same fault. Warranty is void on tampering, misuse, or third-party intervention.

Cancellation

You may cancel a booking before the technician is dispatched at no cost. Visit charges may apply if the technician has already arrived.

Limitation of liability

SK Service Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
